Our six step process for property investing...

Step 1. We will assist you to establish and understand your financial goals.

At your first no obligation, appointment with one of our financial specialists you will receive a free assessment that will qualify if you are eligible and if property investment is right for you at this stage.

Step 2. Developing an Investment Plan for you.

Once your eligibility and investment options have been established, you will be assigned your personal property specialist, who will research, source and recommend properties that will suit your financial profile and exacting requirements. 

Step 3. Implementation of your Investment strategy.

At this meeting we present to you the property opportunities selected that meet your criteria along with professional investment analysis on each of these recommended properties; which will confirm its suitability as an investment option for you and will highlight for you how it will work for your individual income/tax situation and financial goals.

 

 

Step 4. Property selection and funding your Investment.

Once all property options have been considered and one is selected from those presented, the relevant paperwork is then completed. From there on, one of our finance specialists can assist you through the finance process from the initial finance application through to settlement finance approval. Alternatively, if you have an existing relationship with a lender/broker we will work with them to ensure a seamless finance process.

Step 5. Settling and leasing your new Investment Property.

RWP’s professional team of portfolio asset managers will ensure the smooth settlement from the pre-settlement inspection to achieving the highest possible rental yield and premium tenants for your property.

Step 6. Ongoing support as you move forth to financial independence.

As an RWP client you will receive ongoing mentoring and support (without any fees). We will re-evaluate your portfolio every 24 months and advise you of the capital growth in your investment property. Clients who are looking to continue building their property portfolio can then move forth to acquire more property after consultation with their or our financial planners. We understand the importance of having a financial plan to secure your future.
